From the Founder

Why I built AnchorWorks.

The men who install comfort systems are the architects of modern cities — and almost no one builds them the infrastructure to dominate. So I did.

Chris Campbell, founder of AnchorWorks

My name is Chris Campbell, and I’ve spent my career around revenue systems — what actually moves the number versus what just looks busy. Founder bio [Add your specifics here: your years in/around the trade, the businesses you built or worked inside, the results you’re known for.]

For years I watched the same thing happen to good HVAC owners. Talented operators — great techs, honest companies — trapped in what I came to call the Chaos Economy. Unpredictable leads. Total dependence on Google. Price wars with the shop down the road. Brutal seasonal swings. And marketing agencies that had never once sat with a contractor at the kitchen-table close.

The epiphany

The realization that changed everything for me was simple: these owners didn’t have a lead problem. They had a revenue-infrastructure problem. More leads poured into a leaky system just made the leaks bigger. The companies that pulled away from the pack weren’t the ones with the most leads — they were the ones who had built a machine: demand they created, conversion they controlled, installs they engineered, and past customers they actually monetized.

That machine is the Local Authority System™ — four engines that turn chaos into something predictable. Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it. AnchorWorks exists to install it.

The mission

I’m not interested in running ads for people. I’m interested in building dominant local operators — the kind of company that owns its city’s install revenue, its brand authority, and its customers’ loyalty. The kind of owner who stops surviving and starts ruling his market.

If that’s the company you want to build, you’re in the right place.
